What is it?
In 2019, the City contracted Trademark to investigate our downtown area and assess what type of attractions would draw people in. Below is the first presentation they gave during a City Council Meeting. The three main ideas are (1) parklets, (2) unconventional playgrounds, and (3) observation towers.
