The Community Development Director is responsible for the economic development of the city through the promotion of desirable business growth with expansion, retention, and attraction. The Director serves as a conduit between the commercial economic interest in Ontario and the municipal government, by encouraging economic well-being and expansion of existing businesses, responsibly assisting in developing new properties and businesses, all while maintaining the quality of life within the City of Ontario. |
