(Businesses with 30% or More Decline in Revenue)
The City of Ontario is using CARES Act funding to provide grants to businesses who saw a decline in revenue during closures due to the pandemic but have not qualified for previous grants or loans.

Business Loan FundThe purpose of the City of Ontario Business Loan Fund is to provide financing to:
1. Encourage economic and community development; 2. Create and retain jobs; 3. and/or Enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties located within the Ontario City Limits. The maximum utilization of the Business Loan Fund is encouraged. The criteria and application for the Business Loan Fund are available below. Applications should be returned to City Hall.
