The City of Ontario, Engineering Department is seeking qualified contractors to complete an interior remodel of city hall that will create new police workstations and an interrogation room on the first floor and new fire department dorm rooms on the second floor. The project includes demolition, construction of walls and doors, flooring, painting, HVAC installation, electrical and lighting upgrades, and low-voltage communication lines, all in compliance with current Oregon building codes and ADA requirements. The City of Ontario is soliciting bids for the construction of a Class A Burn Cell training structure at the Ontario Training Center. The project includes site preparation and grading, construction of a concrete foundation, placement and anchoring of training containers, installation of stairways, landings, railings, rappelling anchors, and structural components, as well as window and door cut-ins, steel window coverings, flooring/decking, and painting. The facility will support firefighter training activities and must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal codes. The project is scheduled for completion by July 31, 2026.
