On behalf of the caring men and women of the Ontario, Oregon Police Department, it is an honor and privilege to welcome you to our agency’s digital home (Website).
Our commitment to keeping the city of Ontario a safe place in which to visit, live and work, sits at the forefront of our organizational goals. The Ontario Police Department has a rich history deeply rooted in community care taking and professional service delivery. Our agency has built a reputation as a professional organization that utilizes a collaborative approach with the community, civic organizations, business partners, and other law enforcement entities to solve community challenges, respond to community needs, and to preserve a ‘small town’ quality of life atmosphere. The Ontario Police Department is proud to serve our community members, as well as our neighbors who visit, learn and work in our community. In addition to providing law enforcement services, the Ontario Police Department is committed to serving as an educational and outreach partner for our community and throughout the Treasure Valley region of Eastern Oregon. Our continued commitment to providing: exceptional, empathic, professional service will be seen through collaborative partnerships and daily interactions with our community members. Lastly, I am honored to serve as the Ontario Police Department’s tenth Chief of Police. As an organization, we will remain committed to duty, service, and building off the previous foundation; with an emphasis on creativity, innovation, technological advances, and agency transparency.
