We are very excited to receive notification that we were awarded the $20,000 wayfinding grant from Travel Oregon. Travel Oregon released the complete list of projects awarded by the program, which totaled $470,000 in matching grant funding for organizations around the state for local tourism projects.
The grant funds will be used for a city wayfinding project. Wayfinding creates a system of branded signage that connects community members and visitors with prominent places within Ontario. This project is part of the Beautification Goal in the Ontario City Council Strategic Plan.
