What do we do?

The Budget Committee shall review and evaluate requested budgets each fiscal year and recommend a budget to the City Council. Members are required to attend all budget hearings during the budget process in order to provide the best recommendation to the Council, as well as to keep the hearings process efficient.

We want to hear from you!

The Budget Committee shall meet at least annually. Special meetings of the Committee will be called by the Finance Director, by and upon the concurrence of the City Manager, or by the City Manager. Special meetings will be held for budget hearings during the months of April and May and may also be called to review budget adjustments as required by Oregon Budget Law.
