FLOOD INFORMATION
The following are full-sized scans of maps
published
by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. While they have been compressed
into ZIP format, the
files are quite
large - if you'll need to use them frequently, you should probably keep them
on your hard disk. These maps were prepared in the mid 1980's, so in some
cases (especially East of the interstate near Idaho Avenue) you'll need to
look at the county map to get information for what's now in the city.

CITY LIMITS
Our city limits map with streets & major
landmarks. If the map is out-of-date and you need more recent information,
please consult the
Community Development Department. Also let
the department know if you think the map is in error.
City Limits, September 2003 - A very large map; you'll need to zoom in to make full use of it.
AERIAL PHOTOS
Orthographically corrected aerial shots of
Ontario and the surrounding area. These are very large files, and they will
take a very long time to download if you don't have a fast internet connection.
Also, your web browser is going to assume you want open the file in your browser - this is generally a bad idea for files of this size. DON'T just click the link; click it with the right mouse button and then select "Save Link Target As" or "Save Target As" (depending on your browser) instead.
Aerial 1 - smaller extent (shows less surrounding area), more detail (24MB)
Aerial 2 - larger extent (shows more surrounding area), less detail (20MB)

The reason this website looks terrible is because you are not using a css-enabled browser. All modern browsers support CSS; if you are using an older browser you should STOP NOW because most older browsers pose significant security threats. This text is rarely displayed, so this is a good place to put the following button; don't push it, it is here to catch automated attacks.
