Librarian -- Darlyne Johnson (541-889-6371) The County Librarian directs, manages and supervises the operation of the library. She also serves as advisor and secretary to the
Library Board and is an advisor to Friends of the Library.
The library, located at 388 SW 2nd Avenue, has more than 100,000 books, videos, books on tape, LP records, and 130 subscriptions to magazines and newspapers.

The library operates a bookmobile that serves Malheur County, has six computers with Internet access for patron use, and has
computer card catalog access and inter-library loan service to Treasure Valley Community College, Nyssa Public Library, and
Ontario High School. The library staff consists of five part-time employees.
