City Manager -- Henry Lawrence (541-881-3223 )
The City Manager directs, manages and supervises the administration of city government, following policies established by
the City Council. He is responsible for the operation of all
city services, personnel, equipment and resources, and serves as the city's Budget Officer.
City Recorder -- Tori Barnett (541-881-3232 )
The City Recorder is the Clerk of the City Council and general Clerk of
the City, being responsible for elections, the City Charter,
records management, preparing City Council agendas, transcribing minutes,
retaining accompanying documentation, and processing of
City documents, including updates to the City Code. She serves as the custodian
of official
City records and public documents by cataloging and filing all City records.
She prepares City Council meeting agendas, administers
city-wide record management programs, and maintains storage of records.
This department can be contacted for copies of minutes, resolutions, ordinances, official City of Ontario Codes, deeds, contracts, and items relating to business within the City. The department is currently in the process of placing all city documents on a document imaging system computer for retention and extraction, in accordance with the Oregon State Archive Division.

Technology Director -- Help Desk (Phone#Unavailable)
The Technology Director provides support for all city departments and employees.
Major areas of responsibility include tracking and maintaining all city-owned
computers, maintaining the local area network and connectivity between City Hall
and outlying facilities, maintaining the city's website, and developing specialty
applications to make other employees more productive and able to focus on their
primary job tasks.
